H2O Hair Salon and Spa appreciates a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will require a 50% deposit prior to rescheduling. All appointments will require a credit card on file at time of reservation. Returned Checks
A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

We require 24 Hour cancellation for all services. If not cancelled before 24 hours, deposits are nonrefundable.

If you’re new to our salon company please Add-on a Complimentary 15 minutes consultation to your service.

A 50% deposit is required for extensive color services, chemical treatments like Balayage, Brazilian, Keratin Blowouts, Fantasy nails & Spa packages.
We recommend your credit card be on file to speedy check-outs with touch-less payments.

I was specifically looking for an LGBTQIA+ salon in Durham and H2O popped up right away. My first haircut was a transformational cut and I felt so supported throughout (I cried a bit during..) my next cut (with a different stylist) was also a great experience and great cut! I highly recommend!!
